Shipping & Order Processing
All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and successful payment confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during promotional periods may take additional time to process.
Once an order has been processed, it is handed over to our authorised delivery partners for shipment. Processing an order does not guarantee same-day dispatch.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation via email or message containing tracking details.
Customers can also track their orders by logging into their account and visiting the My Orders section.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary based on shipping location, courier partner and operational factors. While estimated delivery timelines may be provided, they are indicative and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation. Charges may vary based on order value, delivery location, shipping method or promotional offers.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details.
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or address issues, the courier may reattempt delivery. In case the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
International Orders
International orders are accepted; however, all international orders are final sale. Once placed, international orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures as required by the destination country.
Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
International orders may incur additional charges such as:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Tariffs
- Clearance or handling fees
These charges are imposed by the destination country and are not controlled by us.
By placing an international order, customers acknowledge and agree that:
- Customs clearance is their responsibility
- All applicable duties, taxes, tariffs and import fees must be paid by the customer
- Such charges are non-refundable
Orders refused due to unpaid customs or import fees will not be refunded. If an order is marked undeliverable or returned due to customs issues, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
Orders may be marked undeliverable due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid duties or repeated failed delivery attempts. In such cases:
- Refunds will not be issued
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
- If the customer chooses not to reship, the order may be abandoned without refund
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
All products undergo quality checks prior to dispatch. However, if an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to shipping or handling, customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
To raise a claim, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear images of the damaged or defective product
- Clear images of the outer shipping box and internal packaging
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers must notify Customer Support within 48 hours of the delivery update. Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for investigation.
Resolution of lost shipments is subject to courier partner investigation and verification.
Partial Shipments
In certain cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to availability or operational reasons. Customers will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
Sale, Promotional & Special Campaign Orders
During sales events, promotions or special campaigns, shipping timelines, delivery schedules and return or refund conditions may vary. Any such variations will be clearly mentioned on the respective promotion pages.
Limitation of Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by:
- Customs clearance processes
- Courier partner delays
- Natural events or force majeure
- Customer-provided incorrect information
